When you book a consultation or robotic rehabilitation session through our website, phone, or WhatsApp:

• Scheduling: Appointments are subject to availability and formal confirmation by our administrative desk.
• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly request you notify us at least 4 hours in advance so we can allocate the slot to other patients in need.
• Clinical Evaluation: Final treatment protocols (such as robotic therapy, TECAR, or VR rehabilitation) are determined only after a physical assessment by our senior specialists.
